3. Definitions

Vogon-IT Oy processes your data based on agreements and assignments made (e.g., sales contracts, order agreements, insurance contracts, or contact requests). Once the contractual relationship has ended, your data may continue to be processed based on legal obligations and the legitimate interests related to Vogon-IT Oy’s commercial activities.

Vogon-IT Oy has legitimate interests related to conducting business, such as the right to promote the sale of its products and services through marketing and sales methods. We collect your personal data only when necessary and primarily information obtained from you.

Most of the data is obtained from you at the beginning and during the customer relationship, as well as from the programs you use to access our services.

Vogon-IT Oy also receives personal data and updates from authorities, organizations, and companies that provide credit and personal data acquisition and updating services, as well as from public directories and other public sources, such as company websites and social media channels.

6.1 Profiling of Personal Data

Vogon-IT Oy does not perform profiling of personal data.

7. Data Disclosure

Vogon-IT Oy does not give, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal data to external third parties, except as stated below.

Vogon-IT Oy shares your personal data with third parties performing services on behalf of and for Vogon-IT Oy. These services may include, for example, customer service, financial services, insurance services, and technical management of personal data.
